Two people died and at least 10 people were injured after the last missing individual was found dead following multiple explosions at the U.S. Steel Clairton plant on Monday.First responders were alerted to the incident just before 11 a.

U.S. Steel officials have released new details about the moments leading up to an explosion at the Clairton plant that killed 2 and injured 10.
