A 42-year-old man is accused of stabbing 11 people with a folding knife near the checkout area in what police describe as random attacks.

Eleven people were injured in a “random” stabbing by a man with a folding knife-style weapon at a Walmart in Traverse City, Michigan, according to the Grand Traverse County sheriff.

Authorities in Michigan say at least 11 people have been stabbed at a Walmart in Traverse City and a suspect is in custody.
