The NBA has opened an investigation on the Oklahoma City Thunder for potentially violating the league's player participation policy in their Mar. 7 107-89 win over the Portland Trail Blazers, per ESPN's Shams Charania.

Though they ultimately left the game with a win, the OKC Thunder are being investigated by the NBA for resting players against Portland.

"The NBA is investigating the Oklahoma City Thunder for potentially violating league's player participation policy, sources tell ESPN. Game under review is OKC’s March 7 win over Portland in which Thunder starting 5 (Gilgeous-Alexander, Williams, Holmgren, Dort, Hartenstein) sat," Charania reported.

Meanwhile, the Trail Blazers have their own lengthy injury report. Deandre Ayton (calf strain) is out. Jerami Grant (knee tendinitis) is questionable. Deni Avdija (quad contusion) is questionable. Robert Williams III (knee sprain) is out. Matisse Thybulle (ankle sprain) is out. Dalano Banton (personal reasons) is out.
