Shedeur Sanders was a victim of a prank call from someone pretending to be New Orleans Saints general manager Mickey Loomis on Night 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft Friday night. The former Colorado quarterback was in a yard surrounded by family when someone called his phone. "It's Mickey Loomis here, GM of the Saints," the caller said.

General Manager Mickey Loomis has been the Saints' General Manager since 2002 and that gives a pretty good sense of how he prefers to operate on draft day.
