The Detroit Pistons announced Friday the signing of free agent Javonte Green. Green, 32, appeared in a combined 68 games last season as a member of the New Orleans Pelicans (50 games) and Cleveland Cavaliers (18 games). The veteran wing averaged 5.1 points on 42.9% shooting from the field and 3.2 rebounds in 18.5 minutes per game.

The Detroit Pistons are adding another wing to their roster. According to ESPN's Shams Charania, the Pistons are signing free agent Javonte Green to a one-year deal. The terms of the contract are not yet known.

Green spent last season with the Pelicans and Cavaliers, making 68 total regular season appearances. More at Hoops Rumors.
