The National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory at 4:16 p.m. on Tuesday valid from 6 p.m. until Wednesday noon for Clatsop County Coast, Tillamook County Coast, Central Coast of Oregon,

The combination of cool temperatures and showery weather has meant Willamette Valley snow is possible at lower elevations throughout this week.

Just before 6:30 a.m., the National Weather Service in Portland dropped the Winter Weather Advisory for the lower elevations of the Willamette Valley.

A map, available on the National Weather Service in Portland website, breaks down these advisories across the region. The Lowlands/Coast and Cascades region remains under a winter weather advisory, while the Oregon Coast Range is under a winter storm warning.

Banks is under a Winter Weather Advisory, while higher elevations like Timber are under a Winter Storm Warning.
