The Oklahoma City Thunder used a massive fourth quarter from MVP award winner Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to help defeat the Indiana Pacers in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. It took a 12-1 run down the stretch, but the Thunder were able to fend off the Pacers' pursuit of taking a commanding 3-1 series lead.

Keeping Alex Caruso in the Bacta tank for the regular season, the Oklahoma City Thunder's cautious approach with the 31-year-old has paid off in the NBA playoffs. He's flipped a switch, to say the least.

If the Pacers end up losing this series to the Thunder, they are never going to forget Game 4 -- when a 3-1 lead was right there for the taking only for the Thunder to close on a 12-1 run to steal a 111-104 victory to send the Finals back to Oklahoma City tied, 2-2.
