Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin wants a contract extension. Recently, he's expressed frustration with the process as the two sides attempt to come to an agreement. McLaurin wants to stay, and the Commanders want to keep him, but the two sides still appear to be far apart.

He's slated to be paid $15.5 million as his base salary per Spotrac, but he'll be a free agent in 2026. Apparently he's dealing with an ankle injury. I can't tell if this move is good news for Washington Commanders fan or more of the same when it comes to star wideout Terry McLaurin.
