Average gas prices in Michigan dropped 11 cents this week, AAA-The Auto Club reported. Michigan drivers are now paying an average of $3.12 per gallon for regular unleaded. This price is 8 cents less than this time last month and 36 cents less than this time last year. That adds up to about $46 for a 15-gallon tank of gasoline.

The most expensive gas in Michigan can be found in Ann Arbor at around $3.22 a gallon. In Metro Detroit, it's about $3.18 a gallon. The cheapest prices are in Marquette at $3.04 a gallon.
