"The Flood Warning will expire at 12:45 a.m. early this morning for Southwestern Cape May County. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures," says the National Weather Service.

On Thursday at 2:27 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning in effect until 6:30 p.m. for Bucks County.

At 1:14 p.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service released a flash flood warning in effect until 4:15 p.m. for Lancaster and York counties.
