Russia’s president used the celebration of victory in World War II to highlight the resources he has to keep fighting in Ukraine.

In Kharkiv Oblast, at least five people were wounded in a series of artillery and FPV drone strikes on residential areas and civilian infrastructure in the villages of Velyki Prokhody and Derhachi, as well as in the city of Kupyansk,

President Vladimir Putin said in remarks published on Sunday that Russia had sufficient strength and resources to take the war in Ukraine to its logical conclusion, though he hoped that there would be no need to use nuclear weapons.
