Most of that could be attributed to the restricted free agency of Josh Giddey. With the Australian point guard still seeking his ideal contract, there hasn’t been much reported movement on negotiations since the start of free agency.

Wide receiver Josh Downs's health will be something to monitor for upcoming Colts practices. Reporters at Thursday's practice said Downs reached for his left hamstring as he walked off the field to consult with trainers.

The Colts are hosting the Packers for a joint practice prior to their preseason game on Saturday. Holder added that Downs sustained the injury on a play and immediately went to the trainers. He walked off on his own.
