Food delivery startup Wonder is acquiring media company Tastemade for $90 million, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Wonder, which describes itself as a “new kind of food hall,” has purchased retail media company Tastemade for approximately $90 million.

Grubhub, which has been acquired by Wonder, is set to reduce its workforce by more than 20%, affecting around 500 employees.

The deal gives the food hall-delivery company a media network that will put its restaurant brands in front of millions of viewers.
