For SEPTA ticket agent Tamika Copes, it's been a stressful few weeks. Copes lives in Philadelphia and works at SEPTA's Lansdale station. Service cuts to regional rail take effect after Labor Day, but some, Copes says, are already noticing changes.

There are growing concerns for SEPTA Regional Rail riders, with cuts to begin next week. That's on top of a fare hike and bus routes that have been eliminated or cut back.
