The Golden State Warriors aren't changing the team's contract offer to restricted free agent Jonathan Kuminga, according to NBA insider Jake Fischer.

With a couple of disappointing second-round exits and a play-in loss in the three years since, the Warriors are coming to terms with some of their not-so-great decisions. One of Golden State’s most questionable decisions in recent memory was selecting Jonathan Kuminga in the 2021 draft with the No. 7 pick.

At some point, the Golden State Warriors and Jonathan Kuminga will need to reach an agreement. The explosive forward's restricted free agency has become the saga of the summer thus far, and his holdout is reportedly slowing down the franchise's ability to begin strengthening the current roster.
