Rogge is a member of the Odessa Chuck Wagon Gang. According to the OPD, Rogge was last seen traveling on Highway 302 in the direction of Kermit.

In 2022, the Chuck Wagon Gang traveled to Quantico, Virginia, to serve a meal to more than 300 agents at the FBI Academy. One of the agents, a man from Ukraine, struck up a conversation with Rogge.
