Physician Salvador Plasencia, who was charged in the death of Matthew Perry, pleaded guilty to distributing ketamine to the "Friends" actor.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia, an urgent care clinic operator in the Los Angeles area, could face up to 40 years in prison in connection with the actor’s 2023 death.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia, one of the doctors charged in connection with Matthew Perry's 2023 death, has agreed to plead guilty to distributing ketamine to the actor. He will plead guilty to four counts of distribution of ketamine relating to Perry's death.
