Ireland have suffered three defeats for the first time since 2018 in the Under-20 Six Nations and will aim to finish their championship on a high away to Italy, who sit a point ahead of Neil Doak's side in fourth, on Friday. Both Ireland and England were undefeated in the competition last year, drawing a thriller 32-32 in Bath.
