Apple plans to add a live translation to its AirPods via an iOS 19 update coming later this year. As Bloomberg reports, your iPhone would listen to someone speaking in another language and relay the translation to you via your AirPods.

Apple's iconic AirPods are rumored to receive an entirely new feature that translates in-person conversations from one language to another.

Apple is said to be working on a real-time translation feature for its AirPods, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. The capability is expected to be integrated with the upcoming iOS 19. However, Apple appears to be lagging behind the likes of Google and Meta in this department.
